Accessibility Statement
Effective September 22, 2026
Journe Legacy Institute is committed to making its public information and educational experiences usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time checkbox.
Our approach
The website is designed with readable text, clear headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, descriptive image text, visible focus states, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. We continue to review content and features as the website grows.
Requesting website assistance
If you encounter difficulty reading, navigating, or using any part of the website, contact us and identify the page, feature, or information you need. We will work to provide the information in a reasonable alternative format when possible.
Student accommodations
Applicants and enrolled students may request reasonable access support through the Institute’s private accommodations process. Because needs and program requirements vary, requests are reviewed individually. Contact the Institute as early as possible so there is time to discuss effective support.
Contact
Email info@journelegacyinstitute.com with the subject “Accessibility Request.” Please do not include medical records or highly sensitive personal information in ordinary email. We will provide secure instructions if supporting documentation is needed.
