Privacy Notice

Updated October 26, 2026

Journe Legacy Institute respects the privacy of visitors, prospective students, students, and graduates. This notice describes information handled through the public website. Separate notices and agreements may apply to admissions, classroom systems, payments, and Journe Practice.

Information you provide

The interest form is provided through Google Forms. When you select Submit, your name, email address, program interest, inquiry consent, and any optional professional background, state or jurisdiction, and course question are stored in the Institute’s Google Forms account for review and response. The form’s editing access and response records are restricted to the Institute’s owner account; other respondents cannot view your answers. A new-response alert with a private response link is sent to the Institute’s inbox. The form does not send an automatic respondent email receipt or information packet. If you email us directly, we receive the information you choose to include in that email.

Information processed automatically

Website and hosting services may process basic technical information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, requested pages, and error logs.

How information is used

  • Respond to questions and information requests
  • Provide admissions and program information
  • Maintain website security and reliability
  • Meet administrative, legal, and recordkeeping obligations
  • Improve institute communications and services

What not to submit through the form or ordinary email

Do not submit payment-card information, dates of birth, government or full professional-license numbers, passwords, identity documents, medical records, or identifiable client information through this form or ordinary email. The Institute will identify an approved secure process when sensitive documentation is required.

Third-party services

Google Forms provides the embedded inquiry form and stores its responses in the Institute’s account. Separate providers may also support email, hosting, learning-platform access, or secure payments. Their privacy terms apply when you use their services. The embedded inquiry form is operated by Google; other linked services are operated by their respective providers.

Journe Practice

Journe Practice is separate from this public website and is not open for real client information. A dedicated privacy and records framework will govern it before professional access is released.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted through the form or by email, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, and record-retention requirements.
