What happens next

Google Forms stores your response privately in the Institute’s account and sends a new-response alert to the Institute’s inbox. It does not send your form as an email addressed to info@journelegacyinstitute.com.
Your acknowledgment is the on-screen confirmation. Form submission does not send an automatic email receipt or information packet. The Institute can use the email you provide to respond to your question; submitting this form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

CITHHP pilot applications are reviewed separately by Mrs. Dee. Only approved applicants receive private enrollment and payment instructions; a general inquiry does not create enrollment or classroom access.
