Student resources

Clear expectations. Respectful support. Secure learning.

This public overview provides support contacts, technology guidance and general policy topics. Course lessons, assessments and student records are not published here. Course access requires an active, Institute-approved student account with current enrollment.

Student support

Help should be easy to find.

Accessibility and accommodations

Students may request reasonable access support through a private, respectful process. Requests are reviewed individually and should be made as early as possible.

Policy areas

What students receive before enrollment.

The controlling catalog, enrollment agreement, and policy handbook for each cohort will identify the current requirements and procedures.

Participation & progress

Attendance or engagement expectations, assignment deadlines, satisfactory progress, completion standards, and consequences of inactivity.

Assessments & integrity

Testing rules, retest opportunities, original-work expectations, confidentiality, assessment security, and consequences of misconduct.

Conduct & communication

Professional behavior, respectful communication, classroom boundaries, online conduct, and appropriate use of institute materials.

Withdrawal & refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, administrative dismissal, refund calculations, payment obligations, and applicable notice deadlines.

Complaints & appeals

How to submit a concern, request reconsideration, appeal an academic or administrative decision, and receive a written response.

Records & credentials

Student records, completion documentation, credential requirements, replacement documents, and professional-license verification.

Online learning

Technology basics.

  • Reliable internet access
  • Current desktop or mobile web browser
  • Working email account checked regularly
  • Device capable of viewing documents and video
  • Ability to download, save, and upload files
  • Private space for protected student or client-related work

Important: Students should never submit real client health information, photographs, or identifying records through ordinary email unless specifically directed to an approved secure system.

Student classroom

Private learning access.

Approved students with active enrollment can use the classroom link below to sign in to their assigned course. Creating an account or applying to the Institute does not by itself grant course access.

Course lessons, assessments, student submissions, instructor communication, and completion records belong inside the authorized classroom—not on the public website.
