Admissions

Begin with clarity, readiness, and professional purpose.

Admissions information is presented before enrollment so applicants can understand the program, its professional boundaries, the time commitment, and every confirmed cost.

Certified Integrative Trichology Holistic Health Practitioner (CITHHP) • 2027 Founding Pilot

Applications are open for our five-student pilot.

Apply to be considered for the CITHHP 2027 Founding Pilot. Mrs. Dee reviews applications and selects the pilot students. An application is not acceptance, enrollment, or a seat reservation.

Only applicants approved by Mrs. Dee will receive a private payment link and next-step enrollment instructions. Applying does not create a charge or provide course access. Classroom access remains private and is provided only after approval and the required enrollment steps.

Open the CITHHP Pilot Application

The application opens in Google Forms in a new tab. No payment is collected on this page or through the application. This opening applies only to the CITHHP Founding Pilot; it does not open other programs.

Eligibility

Who the programs are designed to serve.

Journe Legacy Institute serves licensed beauty and hair-care professionals through its professional programs. Separately, supplemental theory tutoring in Cosmetology, Master Haircare Specialist, and Barber subjects is available only to students already enrolled in a state board-approved program. Tutoring explains concepts and reinforces foundational knowledge from the student’s enrolled school or program. Requirements for the Institute’s professional programs vary and will be stated in the official course materials.

Supplemental tutoring only: These tutoring services do not award clock hours, academic credit, or hours that count toward a state-approved program or professional licensure. They are not a standalone licensure program and do not replace enrollment, required instruction, or practical training in a student’s state board-approved program.

Professional standing

Professional and advanced programs may require a current cosmetology, barbering, master hair-care, or other applicable license. Students seeking supplemental theory tutoring must already be enrolled in a state board-approved program. This tutoring is separate from the Institute’s certificate programs.

Program readiness

Advanced programs may require completion of Certified Integrative Trichology Holistic Health Practitioner (CITHHP) or approved equivalent preparation, professional experience, and demonstrated readiness for specialized study.

Technology access

Online learners need reliable internet access, an email address, a current browser, and a device capable of opening course materials and submitting assignments.

Enrollment process

How the CITHHP pilot application works.

Submit the pilot application

Use the separate CITHHP pilot application above. The general interest form is for inquiries only and is not an application. Do not send sensitive records or payment details through either form.

Review official materials

Read the current program overview, schedule, tuition and fees, policies, technology requirements, and scope statement.

Complete any requested follow-up

Mrs. Dee may request clarification or eligibility documentation during review. Provide any sensitive documents only through the designated secure process—not through ordinary email or a general inquiry form.

Wait for Mrs. Dee’s decision

Submission alone does not mean acceptance or reserve one of the five pilot places. Mrs. Dee must approve your application before a private payment link or enrollment instructions are provided.

Complete the approved enrollment steps

Approved applicants review the final terms and complete the required enrollment agreement, acknowledgments, and private payment arrangements. Course access is not granted by submitting the application.

Tuition & fees

No surprises at enrollment.

Review the pilot application and official enrollment materials for tuition, fees, payment schedules, refund terms, and required materials before committing to enrollment. Payment links are sent privately only after Mrs. Dee approves an applicant.

Payment safety: Journe Legacy Institute does not request card information by ordinary email. Payments will be completed only through the institute’s designated secure payment service.

Dates & scheduling

Review the pilot details before committing.

Review the CITHHP 2027 Founding Pilot application and official materials for program dates, instructional expectations, and enrollment requirements. Ask Admissions about any detail you need before making an enrollment commitment.

For general program inquiries, contact info@journelegacyinstitute.com. Admissions and enrollment questions may still be sent to admissions@journelegacyinstitute.com.

Before applying

Understand the credential correctly.

Nonmedical education

Programs do not prepare learners to diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or perform services reserved for medical professionals.

No expanded state scope

A certificate does not replace professional licensure or authorize services outside the laws and regulations of the learner’s jurisdiction.

Noncredit study

Unless expressly stated otherwise in official materials, programs are offered as noncredit professional enrichment and do not award a degree or academic credit.
